Due to our rapidly growing client base, Serenity Assurance is constantly seeking new caregivers to join our team of professionals.
To ensure we are hiring only the most qualified candidates, we conduct extensive background checks and multi-person interviews. Those who successfully complete the process are bonded, insured and trained.
In order to be considered for employment, applicants must provide:
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.A.
A 5-year employment history
Minimum 1 year experience as a caregiver or have a Certified Nursing Assistant license preferred
Caregiver references
Professional references
